HR360 Terms and Conditions

These Terms govern access to HR360, an employee performance management platform provided by Neoverix Technologies Inc.

Using HR360

Customers are responsible for their accounts, authorized users, the accuracy of information entered into the Service and the employment decisions they make using Service outputs.

Customer data

Customers retain ownership of Customer Data and authorize Neoverix to host, process and display it as reasonably necessary to provide, secure, maintain and support HR360.

Subscriptions and trials

Applicable prices, billing periods, usage limits and included features are shown during purchase or stated in an order form. Trial and subscription terms are subject to the information presented during registration and checkout.

Human review

Reports, recommendations, calculations and any automated outputs require appropriate human review. HR360 is not a substitute for legal, human resources, employment, tax, accounting or regulatory advice.
